As for those who were intrigued, I had my hair color done in Indigo Salon and bought a long lush of curls as my hair extension in Tokyo Posh along Tiendesitas area in SM Center, Pasig City.

You, on the other hand.. you can just be cute on your own way, steal their style but use your own kind of beauty – without even damaging your hair with hair perming treatments.

What you need:
- Bobbi pins or hair clips
- An elastic hair band for your back hair section

Procedure:
- Tie the small upper section of the back area of your hair using a hair band
PS. Not a half-ponytail okay?
- Grab the side sections of your hair, brush it back and pin it with a bobbi pin or hair clips.
- Make sure to leave an inch section of your hair around your face to frame.
- Release the tied up hair with the hair band that you used.
- Let it fall down to cover the hair clips

Start eating a healthy diet meal every day. Eat a foods that are rich in protein including green vegetables.
Avoid washing your hair with too much hot water. This could worsen the problem and damage your hair more.

Switch to using natural shampoo in washing your hair. It is possible that the chemicals present in your shampoo is the one leading you to suffer from hair loss. If you have dandruff, then this is one source of the problem as well.
Rub the scalp of your hair dynamically after washing your hair. This would increases your blood circulation.
Avoid using shampoo with harsh ingredients. For example: Pantene, try to google about Pantene and Hair Loss and you would see concerns on different people encountering different problems. (PS. I didn’t have any problems using Pantene but some do, you be the judge.)

Hair loss is very normal to everyone. In fact, we can lose up to 100 hair strands everyday, and this is because our hair has a life span. Our hair life span could last for 4 to 6 years before it could be replace by a newer one.
