Cosmo Body 7 Day Challenge
It is indeed summer. It’s time when you have loads of fun, party all night and hit the beach.
So, are you ready and very desperate to lose all those flab and weight? Take the Cosmo Challenge, and lose up to 10 to 17lbs per week. Do remember that you need to consult your doctor before doing this, oh and for this to really work out, just one thing. DON’T CHEAT!
Take 2 to 3 capsules of Cosmo Body, taken 30 minutes after your meal time. (Can be bought in Watsons at 600php or you might as well visit their website to order)
No alcoholic drinks are to be intake, and be sure in drink 10 glasses of water everyday.
Now that you know the rules, LET’S START!
Day 1. All fruits except banana. I suggest you take lots of melons, or watermelons. If you follow this, you can lose 3lbs.
How and Why it works: Today, you are preparing your system for the upcoming program. Your only source of nutrition is fresh or canned fruits. Fruits are nature’s perfect food. They provide everything you could possibly want to sustain life except total balance and variety.
Day 2. All vegetables. Cooked or raw, eat it all you want. For your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter.
How and Why it works: You start with a fix of complex carbohydrates coupled with an oil dose. This is taken in the morning for energy and balance. The rest of day two consists of vegetables which are virtually calorie free and provide essential nutrients and fiber.
Day 3. Mixed of fruits and vegetables, still, no bananas and no potatoes, okay?
How and Why it works: In the third day, you eliminate the potato because you get your carbohydrates from the fruits. You system is now prepared to start burning excess pounds. You will still have cravings which should start to diminish by day four.
Day 4. Bananas and Milk. Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk.
How and Why it works:You probably will not eat all the bananas allowed. But they are there for the potassium you have lost and the sodium you may have missed the past three days. You will notice a definite loss of desire for sweets. You will be surprised how easy this day will go.
Day 5. You will eat beef and tomatoes. Eat two 10 oz. portions of lean beef. Eating hamburger should be okay. Combine this with six whole tomatoes. On day five you must increase your water intake by one quart. This is to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.
How and Why it works: The beef is for iron and proteins, the tomatoes are for digestion and fiber. Lots and lots of water purifies your system. You should notice colorless urine today. Your allowance calls for the equivalent of five “quarter ponders”. Do not feel you have to eat all this beef. You must eat the six tomatoes.
Day 6. Beef and vegetables. Eat to your hearts content!
How and Why it works: By now your system is in a total weight loss inclination. There should be a noticeable difference in the way you look today, compared to day one.
Day 7. Brown rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume
How and Why it works: You have your system under control and it should thank you for the flushing and cleaning you just gave it.

Cosmo body copsules? Actually to me it souns kinda creepy, because what meicine of this kin does is supress you apetite, so once you stop taking it you’ want to eat alot more, like before..
I actually read about this kind of a diet, but I don’t remeber what I read about it lol

that’s true sis, no pain, no lose weight talaga.. hahah aside from those, I will suggest an active workout, kahit 30 mins na pagpapawis lang or toning of body especially sa tummy part. Losing weight means removing excess fats, pero para maging firm ang skin, you need to pair your diet with an active workout. A little jogging for 30mins will do, intensive resistance training is better!
wohoo, ako naman ngayon follow ko yung 14 days diet ng Fitnesse cereals and talagang everyday and workout.. malapit na kaya mag-summer at kelangan makapag-suot ako ng swim suit na ngayon.. hahah ilang years ko din to inantay.

BROWN RICE is really recommended diba bessy since mas healthy un ^^ we used to ate it before but now di na..ang mahal kasi eh. HAHA. anyways, since di naman ako super taba ..di ko na need nyan pero I think dun sa eating banana’s ang kelangan ko kasi mapili ako sa banana eh. gusto ko ung lacatan, ung mahaba-haba hahaa.

i so definitely need to lose weight but based from my past experience, mukang hindi sya effective sakin. i’ve experienced “gutom” once and mistook it for gastritis. tapos the following day, i feel all week and nauseous, nawawala lang ang feeling when i eat. so siguro pag umabot ako sa day na kakain na to hearts content, baka bonggang bonggang lamon ang gawin ko. so the hard work will turn into zilch

@Margret, yes i went to the gym almost everyday and i sweat a lot. it’s effective for me. my problem now is there’s no gym here in batangas that i can use 3times a week. but still im losing weight but not that fast as before.

nung Tuesday ako nag start ng Cosmo Body 7day Meal Plan Challenge. 3capsules a day, i sweat a lot in the morning pag papasok na ko sa school. i’m eating the right food naman, as in kung ano yung mga nasa direction. i’m on my 3rd day na, pero parang wala padin akong nakikita or napapansin na nagbago sa figur ko.:( am i too excited lang ba for the result? naiinip na ko. malapit na mag start yung swimming class ko, nakakahiya naman mag bathing suit ng medyo chubby padin ako.:(
ayokong masira yung effort ko and effort ng mom ko, ‘coz she’s the one who’s buying those foods for me.
sana makita ko na agad yung changes.:(

Be patient sis.
It’s just your 3rd day.. isa pa, the difference would most likely be seen by the pounds and minimal sa body itself lalo na if you don’t really have a regular exercise, but you should see even minimal results.
Despite the capsules, be sure to follow the food din. That’s the only food you should eat, no soda’s no other foods.

Hello sis! I chanced upon this Cosmo Body thing while i was buying Xenical at Watson’s when the saleslady introduced me to Cosmo body and the 7 day challenge. This was last June 25, 2010. I thought i have nothing to lose but only about P700! It should be worth a try. If i lose 10-17lbs in a week= now that’s such a sweet promise. I told myself, even if it’s only 2 lbs., i’d be happy already . I know, losing 2 lbs a week is the healthy way, more than that it sounds soo scary.
So i tried it June 27. I took 2 capsules a day and followed the instructions around 80% lang. I kinda cheated somehow along the way and i also didn’t take the soup . I didn’t do any exercises whatsoever kasi i have….
Now, it’s July 3 , the 7th day of the challenge…and here’s the verdict … I lost around 5 lbs and lost around 2 inches off my waist. Honestly, i didn’t get hungry and weak at all. Yun nga lang, i have to go to the restroom every so often to wee wee kasi naman, i have to drink at least 10 glasses of water everyday, di ba? Unbelievable but it worked for me! It’s such a great discovery to share.
I’m goin to take the challenge again next week .And this time, i’ll exercise na so i’ll reach my desired weight sooner.
