Candy Blush Beauty Blog Hi everyone, it’s been ages since I last updated. If you would noticed, I made major changes on my website.

In short, I deleted a lot of my blog entries, and believe it or not, I don’t have a good reason for that. Well not really, I do have a reason – I think.

I just wanted to start from scratch, focusing more on skin care, weight loss topics, beauty and health products I’ve personally used and wanted to share with everyone, and basically more of making oneself beautiful inside and out, which would require a lot of patience and self-discipline.

Things like these always happens when you have a crazy beauty blogger. Anyway, do expect tons of updates in a few days. So, sum up your requests, and we’ll get to it one by one =]

PS. It’s been a hectic week for me, thanks to Finance Presentations and a lot of coming Final Exams! Argh, Sometimes I just hate school.

Lose weight with Skechers Shape Ups

Skechers has just launched their new product, Skechers Shape Ups. This is not just an ordinary walking shoes that you think it is. With Skechers Shape Ups, it aims to promote weight loss, tone muscles, improve your posture and gets you in shape without even going to the gym at all.

Believe it or not, we burn more calories and get a greater amount of exercise when we walk bare footed. This is also the reason why you would find it harder to walk on wet sand, especially when the tide comes along your feet than to walk normally. Walking bare footed is like walking on wet sand, you will feel your heel sink into the ground before your foot rolls forward.

Unfortunately, we normally walk on hard surface, this causes our feet to not work the way it is intended to be. What happens now is that our heel and forefoot needs to be supported when it strikes the hard ground.

You might ask, so what? What’s the point in all these?

Ways to Treat Hair LossHere are the following ways that you can do in treating your hair problem regarding hair loss:

Start eating a healthy diet meal every day. Eat a foods that are rich in protein including green vegetables.
Avoid washing your hair with too much hot water. This could worsen the problem and damage your hair more.

Switch to using natural shampoo in washing your hair. It is possible that the chemicals present in your shampoo is the one leading you to suffer from hair loss. If you have dandruff, then this is one source of the problem as well.
Rub the scalp of your hair dynamically after washing your hair. This would increases your blood circulation.
Avoid using shampoo with harsh ingredients. For example: Pantene, try to google about Pantene and Hair Loss and you would see concerns on different people encountering different problems. (PS. I didn’t have any problems using Pantene but some do, you be the judge.)

If your hair loss is still excessive than normal, make sure to consult your doctor.

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Water Light is the newest product released by Neutrogena. It’s a sunblock with a superior facial lotion that provides complete, long-lasting protection against UV rays and this assures women that their daily facial sunscreen is stable and protects them from both UVA rays, which cause premature skin aging, and UVB rays that burns the skin.

Even if the Summer Season is over, that is not enough reason for you to stop putting sunblock. Sunblock application is something that should be in our daily habit when applying our beauty regimen. It protects our skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays, plus applying sunblock can gradually heal acne scars and pimples.

With Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Waterlight SPF 50+, it has a boasts of an ultra-lightweight feel that does not leave a sticky or greasy feeling. Its fluid texture also allows one to spread the lotion smoothly onto the face, leaving a clean, non-shiny and velvety finish, perfect for everyday use. What is amazing here is that it is so light, when the sun screen is absorbed, it feels like there you have nothing on. I actually have forgotten the fact that I even applied a sunscreen. Yes, I’ve tried and tested out this product. It’s really nice and worth to be used daily. Plus, I didn’t had any break outs at all!
