i smoked occasionally my senior year of high school, then stopped. it didn’t make any sense to smoke

When my wife got pregnant, I got serious about finding a way to stop smoking. I mean, it was one thing when it was just my health I was risking – I always went outside to smoke, so that my wife wouldn’t get second hand smoke. But now that we have a little one on the way, it’s different. I want to be around to see her grow up, get her first tooth, get married, all of those things. I don’t want to miss out, so I’m going to stop smoking. Better for my health, better for hers, and better for my wife’s.

Yes, this subject is very serious and no one think it seriously. It affect not only affects the smoker himself but also the person standing near to him. It also affect the skin specially in ladies.

A lot of people don’t take all the BAD effects of smoking seriously. Ang masama pa niyan, meron pa talagang nagssmoke sa loob ng jeepney which is really irritating, and also bad for the rest for the rest of the passengers because 2nd hand smoke can also contribute to illness. Tsk. Dapat kasi banned na ang pagmanufacture ng cigarettes.

Ohgod. I’m a smoker. LOL I’m rather…. speechless. ))) Thank goodness I still have nice skin.. I’m not sure with my lungs though! LOL
