Whiter Teeth Naturally and Effectively with Home Remedies
You were always been hygienic, yet sometimes you just can’t help but notice how your teeth has been turning from pearly white to a yellowish dirty color – pretty much dingy.
Coffee, Tea, Aging, Eating Habits, Genetics or Smoking are to blame for. There could be tons of reasons why we are experiencing this, thus it is just essential that we all know how we should take care of our teeth the right way maintaining it’s pearly white appearance. You wouldn’t want to spoil that beautiful smile of yours, do you?
Here’s a few collection of effective home remedy solutions in whitening your teeth:
MUNCH ON STRAWBERRIES. Strawberries has teeth whitening agents and it will naturally whiten your teeth effectively. You can rather, eat, much on them all the time, or If you somehow hate strawberries like I do.. just cut the strawberries in half and rub them onto your teeth. Spread it using your tooth brush and leave it for 20 minutes. Lastly, brush your teeth with the use of a fluoride toothpaste.
THE BAKING SODA METHOD. With the use of your own tooth brush, damp the heads of your tooth brush with water and dip it in a box of your baking soda. Brush your teeth like how you would normally do and remember to brush the back of your teeth as well. You can also choose to mix baking soda with your toothpaste for better taste.
NEW BAKING SODA METHOD TO TRY: Mix 1 tsp of baking soda with a pinch of salt and three drops of white vinegar to your tooth brush. Let the mixture bubble a bit and brush it to your teeth. Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes and brush it normally using your fluoride toothpaste.
THE OLIVE OIL METHOD. Pour extra virgin olive oil onto a clean cloth and scrub it onto your teeth. Kindly wait for 10 minutes before rinsing it off.
THE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE METHOD. Mix one half of 3% hydrogen peroxide and one half water into a bowl or glass. Take the mixture and rinse it in your mouth, remember not to swallow it, and spit it out. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and brush your teeth with the use of a fluoride toothpaste.
Share on FacebookMake sure you brush your teeth after every meal to avoid stains on your teeth. Refrain yourself from smoking at the very least. Visit your Dentist every 6 months to have a regular professional cleaning for your teeth.

Thanks for the info sis! I didn’t know that strawberries can actually whiten our teeth. I too have natural yellowish teeth, mana siguro sa papa ko. And I can say na pag yellowish teeth is strong talaga kasi he’s almost 50 years old pero hindi siya nagpupustiso.. (: Yung sa hydrogen peroxide thing, pinapatry sakin ng mom ko dati kasi nakakatakot baka makalunok ako eh.. Tsaka if na sobrahan daw, pati daw gilagid mamumuti. =D
